个人简介
2017年6月毕业于中国药科大学威廉希尔,获理学博士学位;2017年7月进入英国威廉希尔公司承担思政工作;2020年1月进入williamhill官网药学博士后科研流动站从事博士后研究,合作导师为李剑教授。2022年7月出站留校工作,加入CJ学者李剑教授团队,从事教学科研工作。
研究方向主要致力于抗肿瘤候选新药的研发,作为主要参与者完成了多个抗肿瘤活性化合物设计合成、药效评价、机制研究的项目,建立了完备的从“体外抗肿瘤表型筛选→机制确证与化员工物学研究→结构修饰与构效关系研究→动物药效与成药性评价”的技术平台体系。近年来,以第一/通讯作者在Acta Pharm. Sin. B、Cell Death Dis.、Eur. J. Med. Chem.等国内外知名学术期刊发表多篇SCI文章,申请发明专利4项(授权1项)。入选2020年上海市“超级博士后”激励计划,同年获得国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目。
